Delivery anywhere in the UK is a flat £4.99 no matter how many items you order. This will be added on at check-out.​ ​You will receive an email or text with tracking from our couriers the days before you receive your order. ​​​

 

Christmas delivery 2024

We are using Parcelforce 24 and 48 hours tracked services. Our current turnaround time from order to receipt is 3-5 days. If you need something more quickly, please email us at info@powpots.co.uk or call Nathalie on 07712 855950 and we’ll organise it for you.

International delivery

We also deliver internationally but this cannot be done through the website. Please email us at info@powpots.co.uk with your address and which pots you would like and we will send you a shipping quote.

Returns

We hope you love your Pow Pots, but if for any reason you wish to return an item purchased through our website, please get in touch within 28 days of receiving your items. Apologies but as a small business we are unable to offer free returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. However, in most cases we can organise a collection, or you can return the items yourself. We are happy to issue a full refund for the item. Please send back in original packaging to return items safely. Email info@powpots.co.uk to arrange.​​
